Adaptability for me is just rolling with the moment and don’t stress too much if things don’t go according to plan.  I’m pretty flexible aye 😀🤘

I’ve pretty much been keeping active with using this time to build on my run strength, cycling on zwift with training group I usually train with, strength session and daily core. Have also done a few half marathon virtual events.

I wouldn’t have thought it, but I’ve missed swimming. I have adapted and been doing some dry-land swim training which I’ve found fun, interesting and a real good workout. The pole studio I go to have been doing daily zoom classes which I’ve been going to keep on top of strength and to mix things up I’ve taken classes I wouldn’t normally attend. I’ve also been making the most of the moment by doing some classes with overseas artists.  So there has been some bonuses 😀 😀
