Adaptability for me is just rolling with the moment and don’t stress too much if things don’t go according to plan. I’m pretty flexible aye
I’ve pretty much been keeping active with using this time to build on my run strength, cycling on zwift with training group I usually train with, strength session and daily core. Have also done a few half marathon virtual events.
I wouldn’t have thought it, but I’ve missed swimming. I have adapted and been doing some dry-land swim training which I’ve found fun, interesting and a real good workout. The pole studio I go to have been doing daily zoom classes which I’ve been going to keep on top of strength and to mix things up I’ve taken classes I wouldn’t normally attend. I’ve also been making the most of the moment by doing some classes with overseas artists. So there has been some bonuses
